VISA APPLICATION FEE (Effective 2008) is $300
Umrah Visa Requirements
1. Visa application form (completed in block letter), two recent color photographs (4 x 6 cm taken on a white background), stapled to the application
2. Completed Umrah Visa Agreement Form (provided above)
3. A Passport valid for at least 6 more months from the application date (a) those with multiple nationalities must apply on Canadian passport (b) Canadian citizens must all have separate passports - even children
4. Original air tickets to Jeddah with confirmed reservation from/to Canada.
5. Ladies & children must provide proof of relationship (send original proof) marriage certificate for wife, birth certificate for children indicating the name of both parents ( if Canadian born required long birth certificate indicating the name of both parents)
6. Non Canadian applicants must provide a clear single page photocopy of their Canadian Permanent Resident Card (both sides).
7. International vaccination certificate meningitis (Meningiencal) must be mentioned code ACYW 135 in certificate and stamp & signed by doctor. Only valid for 3 years (send original) make sure to take your health certificate to Saudi Arabia
8. For those who have converted to Islam, a certificate of conversion from your mosque is required it must be an original and signed by an imam & stamped by the mosque.
IMPORTANT NEW RULES OF UMRAH VISA
1. Umrah visa valid for one month from the date of issue(must travel/enter Saudi Arabia within one month). The period of stay In Saudi Arabia will be issued according to package
2. No overstay of purchased Package permitted. Passenger's who overstay the package purchased, have a high risk of being charged a penalty in Saudi Arabia and possibility of missing their flight home. KING TRAVEL Hajj & Umrah Services will not be responsible for these penalties. See Legal Notice at the bottom of this page for further information.
3. Approvals that come from the Ministry of Hajj by website will automatically be cancelled after two weeks from the approval date if visas are not issued within the two weeks period
4. Approval charges $150/person non-refundable once approval proceeds.
5. First entry into Saudi Arabia and First Exit out of Saudi Arabia (for Umrah) MUST be from Jeddah (and not Riyadh or Damman).
